1. acceptance of terms

By accessing or using PlayVideo ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

PlayVideo provides video hosting, transcoding, and delivery services. Users can upload video content which is processed and made available for streaming via our infrastructure.

3. acceptable use policy

You agree not to use the Service to upload, store, transmit, or distribute any content that:

• Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexually exploits minors
• Contains non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn")
• Depicts, promotes, or facilitates child exploitation in any form
• Contains content that sexualizes minors in any way
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others without authorization
• Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
• Constitutes harassment, threats, or hate speech
• Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Contains personally identifiable information of others without consent

Zero Tolerance Policy: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material and any content that exploits minors. Any such content will be immediately removed and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement agencies.

4. content monitoring and removal

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:

• Monitor content uploaded to our Service
• Remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice
• Terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms
• Report illegal content to appropriate authorities
• Cooperate with law enforcement investigations

5. reporting illegal content

If you encounter content that you believe violates these Terms or applicable law, please report it immediately using our content reporting mechanism at /report or by emailing [email protected].

We will review all reports promptly and take appropriate action. For reports of CSAM or child exploitation, we will immediately preserve evidence and report to NCMEC.

6. user representations and warranties

By using this Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• You have the legal right to upload and distribute any content you submit
• Your content does not and will not violate any applicable law or these Terms
• You will not use the Service for any illegal purpose
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

7. indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PlayVideo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any content you upload, store, or transmit through the Service

8. account termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your content and data
• We are not obligated to provide refunds for any prepaid services
• We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

9. limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PlayVideo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
